DELIVERY METHODS

Colissimo Home

Once we've shipped your parcel, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time frame of 48h *, directly in your letterbox. If the parcel is too large or you are not home, a card will be left allowing you to choose on the Internet a new delivery date within 6 days or collect your parcel the next day 15h in the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you will then be able to collect your parcel from your local post office for the next 15 days.

Colissimo Pick Up

With Colissimo Pick Up you have several collection options to choose from :

- At the Post Office, you can choose the post office you want to collect your parcel from among the 9 000 post offices available throughout mainland France.
Once the parcel has been shipped by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time of 48h * and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 business days. After this time, your package will be returned.

- Pickup relay, you can choose one of the 7500 local stores belonging to the pick up network close to your home, office or holiday destination.
Once the parcel has been shipped by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time of 48h * and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 business days. After this time, your package will be returned.

- at Pickup Station, you can choose one of the 500 lockers to have your parcel delivered. located on your journey (station, underground, car parks, shopping centres ...) they are accessible 7j / 7 and 24h / 24 (except in locations where opening hours are restricted).
Once the parcel has been shipped by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time of 48h * and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by e-mail. The latter will specify your collection codes allowing you to pick up your package for 3 business days. After this time, your package will be returned.

* Indicative time for delivery in Metropolitan France. For other destinations, indicative times are 3 to 10 days depending on the country.
