“Kabioca is the first and foremost the story of a French family business of coffee lovers. For us, coffee is consumed every day, alone or with others, at any time of the day. A long drink to wake up and keep all the coffee's aromas on your palate for a while. An espresso with colleagues after lunch, to prepare for afternoon meetings. A decaf before the aperitif, to savor all the flavors of a good coffee, without sacrificing a good night's sleep.

But in 2018, we read an article in the newspaper and realized that this passion for coffee was not only harmful to the environment, but also not very fair towards the producers. As coffee lovers, we had to change our consumption. But it was difficult to reconcile excellent coffee with a totally responsible approach. So… as we didn't know it was impossible, we did it: that's how Kabioca was born! »

An adventure born out of our desire to combine a passion for coffee and responsible coffee…
